1) Currently only administrators can change ring sound level. So user cannot individually change this.

2) When user is on a meeting and has Odoo open, the phone keeps ringing and user must cancle any call. User must be able to mute or even unregister phone.

Important: When unregistering for example please consider that its e.g. auto registering with next day or something or visible on UI so users dont forget to reregister. So I think for example on top baar phone icon should be in incon phone hang up and red or something. So its clear to not forget to reregister. And also when reloading tab / open new tab it must not auto register.
