1) Currently only administrators can change ring sound level. So user cannot individually change this. 2) When user is on a meeting and has Odoo open, the phone keeps ringing and user must cancle any call. User must be able to mute or even unregister phone. Important: When unregistering for example please consider that its e.g. auto registering with next day or something or visible on UI so users dont forget to reregister. So I think for example on top baar phone icon should be in incon phone hang up and red or something. So its clear to not forget to reregister. And also when reloading tab / open new tab it must not auto register.

When on a call and reloading the windows its hanging up the call / customer and agent cannot hear eachother anymore so they seem not to be conntected anymore but phone is still active call for about 20-30 sec

When there is an incoming call while Odoo is reloading it seems no SIP / Webphone is registered anymore and you cannot receive any calls anymore (you are offline) until you reload tab and wait until its fully reloaded.

1) When trying to call number with space, brakes, +country code its not woking. You must always manually clean numbers. 2) Also for click2dial its not wokring always I think due to stripping issues as well.

It should be a configuration option of the recording feature.

As every API request is charged it is certainly wanted to define when calls are sent to transcribe and summary service. For this we plan to use regular expression patterns.
